Chicago Filmmakers, a 34 year-old non-profit media arts organization, offers adult-level, low-cost classes in all aspects of film & video production, summer camps for youth and teens, a weekly exhibition program showcasing local and independent cinema, and a filmmaker’s co-op which rents affordable production and post-production equipment, gives class and screening discounts, and offers fiscal sponsorship opportunities to its members.
