We were proud to announce a special exhibition of political contemporary art called Partisan which was presented on the Art Chicago show floor as a featured exhibit during Artropolis.

Partisan is a special exhibition designed to accelerate the rate at which artists create and disseminate work of social and political importance. Partisan is designed to ensure that art continues to challenge society and avoids becoming simply an insular media of aesthetic comfort. Partisan also aims to increase the speed with which artists’ ideas are shared with the rest of society.

Partisan featured thought-provoking works of art culled from the galleries participating in Art Chicago, one of America's most celebrated contemporary and modern art fairs, and NEXT, a curated invitational of single artists or projects that reflect some of the most important developments in contemporary art.

Partisan was curated and juried by prominent Chicago artists from a range of fields who are known for their social activism.
