In Celebration of 25 Years ... .... The Washington Design Center is unveiling a beautiful new lobby this winter. The current entrance is being transformed with new floors, ceiling, lighting, paint and other details that will make it more spacious and welcoming. In keeping with the sophistication and elegance of the showrooms that reside in The Washington Design Center, Frank Babb Randolph, a renowned designer, has been commissioned to create a beautiful vignette that will greet our guests as they enter. The furnishings Frank has selected represent products exclusive to the Design Center showrooms. The entrance to the Design Center will remain open on 3rd Street throughout the construction process and signage will direct visitors as needed. The Washington Design Center’s 25th anniversary begins with the unveiling of our beautiful new lobby... HAPPY BIRTHDAY WDC! |
 WDC Launches New and Improved Web Site In our tech-savvy world, it is imperative that businesses have a strong Internet presence, therefore The Washington Design Center is preparing to launch a best-in-class Web site this winter. This new site will feature a beautiful and easy-to-navigate home page with Design Center features and information. |

Most importantly, all of the showrooms at the Design Center will have an individual Web page within the WDC site which will contain showroom information as well as extensive product information. Additional features include a sophisticated Find-a-Designer search feature, the ability to create project carts, up-to-date event calendars and much more, all of which will be useful tools for designers, consumers and trade professionals alike.
