  • Kolme Nesting Tables
    Designer: Greutmann, Bolzern
This table series, as well as several other surfaces, was developed by the engineers at Dietiker in conjunction with the design team of Greutmann, Bolzern when they asked the question “What now?” With the environment always top of mind at Dietiker, off-cuts from other products present opportunity for new products rather than a pile of waste.

As they stood looking at the off-cuts of oak and beech from the many wood chair and table products produced by Dietiker an idea formulated. Today these off-cuts are laminated into long strips and worked into large sheets of 1” solid material presenting a beautiful herringbone pattern.

This product, made entirely of recycled material, leaves virtually no environmental foot-print. The finish, presented in a spectacular range of colors, is achieved in water-based stains and lacquers that meet all requirements of the Vdl-RL 02 (Environment and Health preservation). This durable finish is lightfast and fire resistant.
