Conference Facilities Available For Tenant Use

Merchandise Mart Conference Center

1. Located in walkway between The Merchandise Mart and 350 West Mart Center
2. The conference center is provided exclusively to tenants and can be used as one large room holding 300 people, split into two rooms holding 70 people each, or four rooms holding 30 people each.
3. Accommodations for catering are available in this room.

Club Room

1. Located on the 8th floor of The Merchandise Mart
2. The Club Room may be used by any tenant in the building and can hold 80 people.
3. Accommodations for catering are available in this room.

Conference rooms on floors 7 and 8

1. Two rooms located on floors 7 and 8 of The Merchandise Mart
2. Each room holds 25 people
