The Merchandise Mart Design Center, a resource reserved for interior designers, architects and builders, opens its trade-only floors to the general public for the bi-annual Merchandise Mart Design Center Sample Sale when the luxury showrooms sell samples from their collections. Consumers line up for this rare opportunity to find the perfect match of top-of-the-line furnishings for the home and office at greatly reduced prices.
