The Laminated Series panels consist of pre-fabricated fiberglass facings laminated to a structural honeycomb core. Weighing only one pound per sq. ft., they are the lightest weight honeycomb panel in the line. The Cast Polymer Series panels use the same honeycomb core technology of the Laminated Series panels, but with resin facings cast directly onto the honeycomb cores. The Interlocking (ITL) System exploits the inherent structure of the company’s patented translucent honeycomb Cast Polymer Series panels to provide a labor-efficient, self-supporting and low profile installation solution. Finally, the Clearshade IGU features a tubular polycarbonate honeycomb core that modulates sightlines and sunlight, providing visual privacy, maintaining light transmission, and offering a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient typically met only with tinted, reflective or specialty glass.
